Additional Information

In Puerto Aventuras groups have a maximum of 12 people for a more intimate experience.
6 to 12 year olds must participate with a paying adult as a companion.
13+ year olds can swim on their own.
The use of life jacket required in all water programs.
IMPORTANT: For the moment we are NOT receiving dollars in cash at our location (check in, restaurant, boutique and photos), we are accepting pesos in cash and if you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US Currency.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
No show = no refund

Recommendations

For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can not participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
